Mrapido – User Data Deletion Policy

Purpose
This User Data Deletion Policy explains how users of the Mrapido app can request the deletion of their personal data and how Mrapido handles such requests.
Data We Collect
Mrapido may collect and store information necessary to provide and improve its services, including:
• Name and contact information
• Email address and phone number
• Account and profile information
• Order and transaction-related information
• Usage and app activity data
• Device information, such as device type and IP address
• Log and analytics information
Requesting Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Mrapido account and associated personal data by:
• Sending an email to supportmrapido@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”
• Using the account/profile settings or data deletion option available within the Mrapido app, where applicable
The deletion request should include sufficient information to help us identify the relevant user account.
Processing Deletion Requests
After receiving a request:
1. Mrapido may verify the identity of the requester to protect the account and user data.
2. Once verification is completed, the deletion request will be processed.
3. User data will generally be deleted within 30 days, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
4. Certain information may be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes, such as preventing fraud, resolving disputes, maintaining transaction records, or enforcing our policies.
Backup and Archived Data
Some deleted information may temporarily remain in secure backup or archival systems. Such information will be removed in accordance with our regular backup-retention and deletion procedures.
Confirmation of Deletion
Mrapido will acknowledge the deletion request and, where applicable, notify the user once the deletion process has been completed, subject to any legally required data retention.
Policy Updates
Mrapido may update this User Data Deletion Policy from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the Mrapido app, website, or email.
